Old School Distillery is a brand of the Ljubešić family farm, located near the Lim Channel in Istria, which mainly grows grapes and olives. The tradition of distillation in the Ljubešić family goes back about a hundred years, when an elementary school operated on the estate of grandfather Marko, and with the help of excellent Italian masters, the recipe for obtaining the best Istrian distillates was perfected over the years.
