We start with an elegant Malvasia, Malvasia Deklić which is an elegant white wine that captivates with its freshness and fruity notes. This wine perfectly embodies the spirit of the Mediterranean with its aromatic bouquet of citrus, green apple, and a hint of white flowers. We will continue the degustation with something red, our awarded Teran Deklić is a robust red wine that showcases the rich flavors of Istrian terroir. This wine is full of red fruit flavors like cherry and raspberry, with undertones of spice and earthiness.

To refresh yourself the guided wine tasting continues with the Rosé, a delightful wine with a light pink hue and delicate aromas. This refreshing rosé offers floral and fruity notes, including strawberry and rose petals, making it a charming choice for warm days. Next comes Merlot is a smooth and velvety red wine that highlights the elegance of this grape variety. With flavors of plum, blackberry, and subtle oak, this Merlot offers a well-rounded and harmonious palate.

We will end our degustation with our Cabernet Sauvignon. bold and structured red wine that embodies the depth of Istrian vineyards. This wine features intense flavors of blackcurrant, cedar, and a hint of bell pepper, complemented by well-integrated tannins.
