On this authentic Istrian olive oil, wine & local food experience, we will visit the olive grove first, located not far away from the village. You’ll be able to experience firsthand how the soil and climate influence our trees, learn all about olives, and see various types of our carefully tended olive trees. Proceeding to the small village of Kukov Vrh, where Olivo Istriano’s olive oil tasting room is situated. You will be guests at our family property built in 1899, located on a small hill surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and fruit orchards. Enjoy the charming garden of the family farm and indulge in guided tasting of authentic Istrian olive oil will take place, followed by a typical Istrian charcuterie board with homemade and local products only such as local cheeses, grandma’s ricotta, jam, bread, prosciutto, 2 homemade vinegars and artisan ice cream.
