Located just a few kilometers from the sea, nestled between the picturesque towns of Vrsar and Rovinj and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, our gin distillery was built with a commitment to eco-friendly standards. We use no combustible fuels in our distillation process, and the majority of our electricity is generated by a photovoltaic solar system. To preserve the full aroma and delicate fragrances of our precious botanicals, we have developed a unique distillation method: a double vapor infusion using a custom-made, handcrafted copper pot still.

Each batch is distilled in a single shot, limited to just 200 bottles. Most of our botanicals are organic and locally sourced. We take pride in producing gin with no added essences, sugars, artificial colorants, or sweeteners.
